TRI currently is the representative of UK city & Guilds awarding body at Taiwan 、The Japan MOE under Japan's practical skills awarding body at Taiwan, and The South Korean Asian Restaurant Association (AFA) Asian representative .
Currently TRI have 2 offices at Taipei and Tainan, which are responsible for the service for 100 universities in the north and south area .

1. International Certification Centre :
Bring international well known examination certificates into Taiwan.
2. Foreign University Exchange Center
Conduct academic exchanges and research courses for master and doctoral students with foreign universities.
3. Continuing Education Center
Cooperate with the Continuing Education centers of universities at different counties in Taiwan to teach our professional programs

機構簡介
中華研究發展服務公司(Taiwan Research Institute, Ltd, TRI)，2009年設立為一學術性組織，專注於國際教育與國際職業證照之推動發展。
合作對象: 國際著名考試機構及全球著名大學。
服務對象: 以台灣各大學、各大企業及行業公協會。

設有台北及台南兩辦公室，負責北部及南部學校服務工作。

目前設有國際證照中心、國外大學交流中心、持續教育中心等，簡述如下︰

開辦引進國際著名考試專業證照在台灣考試。
2. 國外大學交流中心
與國外大學進行碩博士生學術交流及研修課程。
3. 持續教育中心
與台灣各縣市大學推廣中心合作, 開辦證照考試輔導專業課程
