Vocational Training Charitable Trust (VTCT) is a specialist awarding and assessment organisation; this means we develop world-class vocational and technical qualifications in a range of service sectors. Our qualifications are delivered via over 2,000 approved centres globally with an ever expanding list of centres throughout the UK and Ireland, with increasing international presence.
VTCT HISTORY
Awarding since 1962
More than 2,000 approved training providers and centres work with VTCT, and the ever-expanding list extends across the UK, Ireland, and internationally. VTCT aims to advance education, research and the public dissemination of knowledge, helping to introduce new initiatives into the education system.
As part of its learner-focused strategy, VTCT acquired internationally recognised examination board ITEC in 2017 adding to its specialist worldwide offering. The acquisition of education technology specialists Digital Assess, added further value for training providers with technology that can digitally capture and assess learners online, amongst other innovations.
